1. How early should I arrive before class?
You should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled class
2. If I have never taken Pilates can I still take a class?
Yes, you can. Our classes are designed for everyone from a beginner to advanced. The classes are tiered to allow this. If you have a known physical issue that you are concerned about then a private session may be needed.
3. Can I bring friends and family to classes and use my package of classes to pay for them?
Yes, we allow you to use either your 10 or 20 pack of classes to pay for friends and family.
4. What do I wear?
Standard workout clothes are recommended. You may either wear socks or be barefoot for the typical Pilates class.
5. Can I wear shoes for a class?
Yes, in certain situations where one needs to wear shoes because the foot/ankle needs support or other issues, we would allow you to wear shoes. But most of the times socks or barefoot is fine.
6. If I have injuries can I still take a class?
It will depend on the severity of your injury. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort we would recommend you come in to go over your issues. You may need to do a private with a Pilates instructor if your injuries need special attention.
