
Emily has over 21 years experience and has been running two Pilates Studio for over 16 years. She is trained and certified from Physical Mind which is a more contemporary therapy style. She is a Master Instructor certified to certify instructors. She has been instructing group fitness for 25 plus years. Pre and Post Natal certified. Special trained in scoliosis and also trained in Pilates for Neurological conditions. She focuses on individuals and their goals. She has worked and trained in Atlanta, Chicago, San Diego, Florida, Wisconsin to name a few. She has instructed at many locations including local gyms Lifetime, LA Fitness, YMCA, Ravina Club and Physical Therapy offices. She's worked with many clients from severe back pains, knee pains, arthritic pains, and shoulder pains. Multiple sclerosis, Neurological clients, athletes, doctors, chiropractors, professionals in many fields, and those that are pain-free. Happily married for 25 years with 5 wonderful children and 1 Grandson! She and her family reside in Longboat Key, Florida and Alpharetta, Georgia.

Mike Condensa
Mike is passionate and likes to have fun while teaching, His sports background includes playing D1 college baseball and working for 5 years in Major League Baseball. 4 years with the Miami Marlins and 1 year with the Tampa Bay Rays. He has been teaching strength and conditioning classes for years and will challenge you to push yourself to the next level. He specializes in the Fuse Pilates classes where the challenge is all yours. He will take the class right besides you and talk you through each move with the full body workout. You can have fun, laugh and get an incredible work out.

Mariam Chilton
Mariam Chilton is a certified Pilates Instructor who loves teaching and taking Pilates. She is a well rounded competitive athlete playing both tennis and golf. She likes to bring her "A" game to the PIlates studio weather she is teaching a class or doing a private session. With her continuing study of PIlates, she will push you in class to work hard, have fun and leave feeling confident.

Jennifer Smith
Jennifer is one of our certified Pilates Instructor who loves to have fun while enjoying the love of Pilates. She brings her positive humble spirit while teaching classes and privates. She loves playing tennis, boating, riding her bike, reading and time with her family. Her husband Lane, and son Michael live on Longbaot Key. She enjoys helping her clients improve in their strength, flexible and balance as a part of a healthy lifestyle.

Lorenzo Condensa
Lorenzo is a Certified Pilates Instructor and just recently joined the Performance Pilates team as an instructor but has been around Pilates his whole life. Whether he was playing baseball, weight lifting, golf or doing Pilates he grew up learning the importance of staying active.
He wants to help people stay active and achieve their fitness goals. He adds a fun and unique spin to Pilates and his classes will give you a great workout! With his positive attitude he makes sure to encourage you every step of the way! He's also currently working at SIPS coffee shop on LBK.

Diana Spanos
Diana is a fully certifeid Pilates instructor and we are so excited to have her on the team. She brings another level to our team with her encouragement to excell at each move you do. She began her Pilates journey in the early 90's while she was at law school in Boston, MA. She's taken ballet, modern and jazz dancing. She discovered that PIlates helped keep her balance and confidence. She is a full time resident of Longboat Key and when she's not practicing law or monitoring and rescuing sea turtles or even chasing her 2 dogs, you will find her here at the studio. She'll keep you on your toes in both the PIlates classes or the Barre classes!

Gavin Stanifer
Gavin is a certified NASM personal trainer and is a dedicated trainer with over 10 years of weightlifting experience and a lifelong passion for health, fitness and sports. Growing up Gavin trained alongside many well known basketball athletes, which fueled his commitment to an active lifestyle and taught him the value of hard work and discipline. He combines this athletic background with focus on mental and physical well-being, guiding clients to feel thier best through customized training plans. With Gavins expertise, cients will build strength, confidence, and lasting habits that support a vibrant, healthy life.

Samantha Bell
Samantha is one of our Barre instructors. She is mat certified in PIilates and has been dancing in Ballet for over 13 years. She is currently dancing for the Sarasota Ballet and attends school full time. She brings a wealth of knowledge and teaching to her classes. She will work you very hard and privide you proper form and intesity that will have you craving her class again and again.
